The origin of the Lúminei happened in a distant Plane of existence (known as Hullei), but are now scattered throughout many other Planes. At the beginning, these beings were merely amorphous clusters of light, but something (or someone) forced them to evolve or die. The extynguishers1 found a feast and had no intention of leaving it. In these early years there was a slaughter of Lúminei that were decimated to 1% of its former population.
