This is the representation of one of the numeric systems of The Cogi (all in Saiens language). This system is positional (the same symbol in different place is a different quantity).
In blue are the symbols, and the grid represents the surface of writing.
Its structure resembles 3x3 coordinates with a marker with 3 positions below. 3x3 = 9. x3 positions = 27. The zero is 28.

Estos son los símbolos para uno de los sistemas numéricos de los Cogi (todos ellos en Saiens). Este sistema es posicional (el mismo símbolo en diferente sitio es una cantidad diferente).
